4.11 Fixed control devices, standard lift (CD1)
The control device governs all tail lift functions. The control device is fitted with dead-man's
buttons; when a button is released, tail lift movement stops immediately.
Two-hand operation is used to avoid crush injuries. This means the two-hand button (4) must
be activated together with the fixed control device to operate the lift when there is a high risk of
crush injuries.
