:
In automatic mode, it is not possible to know the effective fan speed, so,
when this mode is activated, fan speed status will remain at 0% value.
In Dry and Auto mode, A/C unit sets fan speed in automatic mode. Due to
this fact, fan speed control orders will be ignored during this mode. On the
other hand, in Fan mode is not possible to send fan speed 0% (auto).
Step Control (1 bit)

Non Cyclical
: the automatic mode will be ahead the minimum speed
(speed 1):
