Join the two front (f) and back (c) links
of input-output racks in the following
sequence:

After having put the pins (A) screw the two bolts (B) to connect the front link (f) to the
side base (e) of the machine and the bench (D)(See Picture 3a).

After having put the pins (G), screw the two bolts (H) to join the back link (c) to the side
base (E) of the machine and to the front link (F) (See Picture 3b)
4) Assembling the external frames.

Screw the feet (a) to the external frames (b). (See Picture 4a)

Position the frames vertically to the racks' top (back side).

Screw the frames (b) to the racks (c). (See Picture 4b) .

Assembling the internal frames (a) .
(See Picture 5a)

Position the internal frames vertically to the body of the machines (back side).

Screw the two bolts to join the internal frames to the racks (b). (See Picture 5b).

Screw the bolts to join the internal frame to the "L" steel part connected to the base of
the machine (See Picture 5c)
6) Assembling the horizontal links to the wheel support.
Screw the bolts to join the horizontal links (a) to the "T" supports (b) placed in the
external and internal frames. (See Picture 6)
7) Assembling parts of the external tank

Assemble the pump flange (a) to the inox triangular support (b). (See Picture 7a)

Join the black rubber tube (c) to the output of the pump exhaust.. (See Picture 7b)

Join the extremity of the grey flexible tube (d) to the input of the inox tank.(See Picture
7b)

Join the other extremity of the grey exhaust tube (d) to the small wheel tank (e). (See
Picture 7c)

Join the pump's plug (f) to the correspondent external intake placed in the bottom side
of the electrical board (See picture 7b)

Fill the water tank.
8) Air connection:

Join the air distributor plant to the air net (See Picture n° 8), or to an air compressor of
30 LT capacity minimum. Set the steam gauge at about 6 atmospheres.
9) Circuitry:

With the help of skilled personnel, and with the due precautions, screw the power wires
to the terminal of the electrical box. Close the electrical board and turn on the machine.

Check the sense of rotation of the motors. It has to be the same of the direction
indicated by the apposite arrows on the motor.

In case motors work in the wrong direction, invert the wire connections.
ATTENTION: Do not check the track rotation: it is converter controlled and works
always in the right direction.
