3.2 Touch Panel Operations
Top Menu Operation (same operation as the front panel keys)
From the top menu, select the item you want to set to display the setup menu. Tapping an item
without a setup menu executes the operation of that item.
Displaying the Top Menu and Selecting an Item

Tap the top menu icon .
A menu of the instrument’s front panel keys (the top menu) appears.

Tap the item you want to select.
The item that you tapped is executed, or a setup menu for the tapped item appears at the right side
of the screen. The top menu disappears.
If the item has a submenu, the submenu is displayed. To select an item on a submenu, tap it, just
as you would on the top menu.

Submenus appear for items that have them.

The tapped setup menu is
displayed.
Clearing the Top Menu
To close the top menu or submenu, tap outside the top menu or submenu, or press ESC.
