Advanced  Phone  Features

You can leave voice mails for someone else on the VP530 IP video phone. You can also 
listen to the voice mails stored in a centralized location.  When receiving a new voice 
mail, the phone will play a warning tone, and 

the event indicator LED

  flashes green. The 

phone LCD screen will prompt receiving a new voice mail and a voice mail icon.

 

 

Note 

To leave a voice mail: 

You can leave a voice mail for someone else when he/she is busy or inconvenient to 
answer the call. Follow the voice prompt from the system server to leave the voice mail, 
and then hang up after completing the voice mail. 

To configure voice mail access codes via phone user interface: 

1.

 

Tap            ->Message->Voice Mail->Set Voicemail. 

 

2.

 

Tap the desired account  which you want to set. 

Voice Mail feature  is not available  on all servers,  contact  your system  administrator  for 
more information.
