0-FROM (Derives the name and number of the
caller from the ―From‖ header).

not send the ―PAI‖ header, displays
―anonymity‖ on the callee’s phone).
2-PAI-FROM (Derives the name and number of
the caller from the ―PAI‖ header preferentially.
