SECONDARY SHEAVE

POWR

NOTE:

ASSEMBLY
1. Install:

Secondary sheave spring

Hook the end of the secondary sheave spring
onto the spring holes in the fixed sheave and in
the spring seat.

Standard spring position:

2-6 (600)
3-3 (700)

Installation steps:

Attach the sheave compressor.

Turn the sliding sheave counterclockwise to
the specified angle

Hold the sliding sheave and fixed sheave in
this position.

Standard twist angle

(600)

(700)

= (sheave side hole spring seat

side hole number)

Turn in the sheave compressor screw so that
the spring seat engages with the fixed sheave.
