Tiller handle (tiller handle model)
h. Face the section “a” of the plate “1” toward
the throttle friction adjuster “2”.
i. Align the slot “b” in the bushing “3” with the
protrusion “c” on the tiller handle, and then
install the bushing “3”.
j. Align the mark “a” on the throttle grip “1”
with the protrusion “b” on the tiller handle,
and then install the throttle grip “1”.
k. Tighten the throttle grip screw “2” to the
specified torque.
l. Install the cap “3” or PTT switch “4”, and
then tighten the PTT switch screw “5” to
the specified torque.
m. Install the shift lever “6”.
n. Check that the throttle grip operates
smoothly. Also, check that the marks “a”
and “b” are aligned, and that the cutouts
“c” and “d” are aligned.
o. Check that the shift link lever operates
smoothly when the shift lever is moved
from the N position to the F or R position.
p. Check that the neutral switch “1” operates
properly.
