4. Install the cooling water pipe

tighten the bolts finger tight.
6. Install the exhaust manifold

bolts, and then tighten the bolts finger

7. Tighten the oil pan bolts

the exhaust manifold bolts

specified torque.
8. Install the muffler assembly

into the
upper case.
9. Install a new gasket and the engine oil
drain bolt, and then tighten the bolt to the
specified torque.
10. Install the upper case bolts

, and then
tighten them to the specified torque.
11. Install the upper mount

and bolts
B
into the upper case, and then tighten the
bolts to the specified torque.
Removing the steering arm
1. Remove the steering arm from the swivel
bracket by pulling the arm off the bracket.
