5.3.2 How to prevent condensation from forming on the machine
Check the temperature difference between inside and outside of the building.
Use a thermometer
and a hygrometer.
When the temperature difference between inside and outside of the building exceeds 10 deg C,
temporarily place the cold machine somewhere in the same building before carrying into the
installation site in order to allow the machine to reach room temperature.
Do not unwrap the plastic wrap that covers the machine
Carry the machine into the installation
site with the plastic wrap and make sure that there is no moisture bead inside the wrap.
Use the air conditioner to warm up inside the vehicle while transporting the machine to prevent the
machine gets cooled down before being carried into the installation site.
5.3.3 When condensation occurs
Take the machine out of the room
After performing the following, carry the machine into the room
again.
Agitate the air around the machine by fanning with an electric fan.
Warm up the machine
Use a drier, an electric blanket, a sheet heater, an electric heater
and so on.
Caution:
Do not use a kerosene heater or heating equipment that emits the combustion gas as they promote
corrosion of the machine.
Indoor temperature: 20 deg C
Humidity: 60%
The cold machine: 10 deg C
Agitate the air with a fan to
prevent the temperature
drop to the degree that the
condensation occurs.
Indoor temperature: 20 deg C
Humidity: 60%
The cold machine: 10 deg C
The drier raises the
temperature of the machine
quickly, which decreases the
amount of moisture.
