TO FOLD MAST DOWN AND ACCESS THE REAR:
Unload the bikes.

Release the
safety hook by
pulling
outward on
the untethered
end.

MAINTENANCE

Use non-water soluble lubricant
on moving metal parts.

Use a soft cloth with water and
mild detergent to clean plastic parts.

LOCK CAN BE
STORED:

When lock is not
in use, push it
completely into
the lock-cap.

Slide the pin
out while
supporting the
mast.

Don’t forget to replace the pin
AND secure the safety hook.

BEFORE DRIVING AWAY,

read cautions

on first page.

ATTACH STRAP TO HOOK.

ATTACH STABILIZING BAR.

REMOVE THE PLUGS
IN THE MAST.

Pry off the plugs
using a flat tool.

Secure with washers, nuts
and bolts.

Attach hook to end of strap, threading
IN and OUT as noted on hook.

Thread strap through loop
on bar.

ATTACH HOOK
TO WHEEL.

Repeat Step 24 and 25 for other end of strap.

Pull straps tight with both hands.

FOR FOUR BIKES:

Two straps are used in the bar loop
farthest from the  vehicle.

Use a wrench to tighten.
