INSERT CABLE INTO MAST.
Compress the tabs to
install the locking cap.
The tabs on the locking cap should nest
into the holes in the mast end.
LOCKING CAP
POSITION:
SECURE THE CRADLES TO THE MAST.
Move the outside cradle
completely forward until it
stops at the metal button.
Insert the bolt and washer (right to
left) into the rounded depression on
the underside of the cradle.
INSTALL LOCK PIN AND
“E” CLIP.
POSITION END CRADLE.
TIGHTEN EACH CRADLE
CAREFULLY.
POSITIONING THE CRADLES: You may want to adjust the
cradles once the bikes are loaded.
ATTACH STABILIZING BAR.
Secure with
washers, nuts and
bolts.
TIGHTEN.
Use an adjusable wrench.
ATTACH CRADLE STRAPS.
Make sure the open
part of the locking
cap faces down.
Be sure strap is hooked onto cradle.
Maneuver the pin into the hole,
bypassing the internal cable.
LOAD YOUR BIKE!
Load bikes in opposite
directions.
You may want to loosen the
cradles and adjust bike
spacing.
Don’t forget to tighten the
bolts again!
Straps can be routed
between the cables
and the tube.
Be sure the straps are
secured onto cradle hooks.
HOOK STRAPS OVER THE
BIKE’S TUBE.
Nest the bike’s top tube into the
first cradle.
NOTE: With last bike locked,
all other bikes are secure.
LOCK YOUR BIKES TO THE
CARRIER.
Attach the cable-lock over the bike tube
and onto the pin in the mast.
LOCK IT.
CHECK THE CRADLES!
Grab close to the bar
with both hands.
TIGHTEN IF THERE IS
MOVEMENT.
Attach nut.
Use a flathead screwdriver.
