1. Introduction

This service manual is part of a multinational service documentation system, but is not structured in the
standard Xerox service manual format.

1-1 Organisation

Section 1 Introduction

This section describes the contents of the service manual, describes the Heath & Safety Incident Report-
ing and gives translations of all warnings within the service manual in French, Italian, German and Spanish
languages.

Section 2 Service Call Procedures

This section is used to start and complete a service call. This section will either direct you to the Mainte-
