Explanation/Corrective Action
Canceling Job
Job name
Please wait while the printer completes the request from the Job Menu to
delete the current job.
Clear Paper Path
Part of a sequence of messages following an initial paper jam message.
Remove any jammed paper from the exposed paper path, close the covers,
then refer back to the Control Panel for further messages.
Close Covers
The top or rear cover is open. Close the open cover to resume printing.
Close Offset
Door
The Offset Catch Tray’s rear door is open. Close the door to resume
printing.
Close Tray 2
Rear Door
The printer cannot feed from 2,000 sheet feeder when installed as Tray 2
because the rear tray door is open. Close the door to resume printing.
Close Tray 3
Rear Door
The printer cannot feed from 2,000 sheet feeder when installed as Tray 3
because the rear tray door is open. Close the door to resume printing.
Deleting
Job name
Please wait while the printer completes the request to delete secure or
proof jobs.
Disk Error
Format Disk
Displayed when a Hard Disk error is found. Reformat the disk as per the
instructions for
(page 1-108). If the problem persists,
contact your service provider.
Disk Full
When the hard disk is full as a result of a secure or proof job spooling, the
job is canceled and deleted after printing the first copy of the partial job.
Download Failed
Please Reboot
The downloading process has failed and the printer must be rebooted to
recover.
