Items That Can Be Set on CentreWare Internet Services
Main features that can be set in each tab of the CentreWare Internet Services are as follows.

Main features
Status
• [General]
Displays the printer product name, IP address, and status of the printer.
• [Printer Status]
Displays the sizes of paper loaded in the paper trays and the amount remaining, output tray status,
usage volume and status of consumables.
• [Fault Status]
Displays the status of the control panel, location of the error and contents of the [Fault Status].
Jobs
• Displays the Job list and Job History list.
Properties
• [Description]
Displays the [Product Name] and [Serial Number], You can also configure the [Name]*

• [Configuration]
Displays the Printer Specifications, Page Description Languages (PDL), and information about the
memory.
• [Usage Counters]
Displays the total number of output pages and the number of output pages after turning on the printer
of output pages.
• [Initialization]
Initialize NVM and restart printer.
• [Security]*

Use these settings to generate, manage, or delete personal certificates and activate or deactivate
SSL/TLS server communication.
This item only appears when the optional network expansion card is installed.
• [Status Messenger]
Set the e-mail address to which notices about changes in printer status or errors are sent. Also set
the contents of the notices to send the e-mail.
• [Internet Services Settings]*

Allows you to configure the intervals of the update by the second and whether the display of the
CentreWare Internet Services is updated automatically using the browser. Allows you to configure the
administrator’s name and password and whether the administrator mode is to be used in CentreWare
Internet Services. The default administrator’s name and password are “11111” and “x-admin” respectively.
Be sure to change the default password.If you forget the changed password, initialize the printer settings
and use the default administrator name and password to reset the changes.
• [Port Status]
Allows you to activate or deactivate the ports.
• [Port Settings]
Allows you to configure Ethernet settings.
• [Protocol Settings]*

Allows you to configure detailed settings for each protocol.
Printer
• [Print Auditron]
Using the authentication function limits the users who can use the printer. When using this function,
register the user information for users who can use the printer here.
Support
• Displays the support information. This can links to our company’s web site.
*1: These items can be configured only on CentreWare Internet Services. They cannot be set on the control panel.
*2: The security function cannot be used on models that are sold in China (TL300419).
