11. Check the following boxes:
• Send line ends with line feeds.
• Echo typed characters locally.
• Append line feeds to incoming line ends.
• Wrap lines that exceed terminal width.
12. Change the Line delay to 30 milliseconds.
13. Click OK in the ASCII Setup window.
14. Click OK in the Properties window.
HyperTerminal has now been configured to communicate with the
XTR.
