2.5 Minimum qualifications for handling the product
2.6 Intended use
The product is exclusively intended for:
• The disinfection or sterilisation of clear water, free of suspended matter using UV-C radiation in the
wavelength range of about 240-290 nm with a sterilisation rate of up to 99.999%.
• The above mentioned application with the electrical control of the product via a signal cable through
e.g. pump or flow sensor (see also
chapter Electrical Connection (p. 49) and ch. Spare parts and
accessories (p.57)).
• Mobile use, e.g. in motor homes, buses, boats and yachts, off-road vehicles, food trucks, etc. -
summarized in non-permanent installations according to the german norm DIN 2001-2
• The stationary use in buildings
