2. SAFETY
2.1 Basic Information
The product was subjected to a functional test by the manufacturer. The design and construction of the product
correspond to the state of the art and the recognised technical safety regulations. All safety and danger infor-
mation on the product must be kept in legible condition.
• Only operate the product if it is fully functional.
• Before switching on the product, make sure that nobody can be endangered by it.
• Check the product at regular intervals, depending on user behaviour, for externally visible
damage and functionality.
• Respond immediately to failures that impair operational safety.

2.2 Prohibition of unauthorised modifications of the product
The safety of the product can be affected by any kind of conversion or modification.

If there is any danger during operation or maintenance, this is pointed out in these operating instructions.
Depending on the degree of danger, the following formulations are used.

Failure to observe these instructions can result in serious damage to health, up to and including life-
threatening injuries.
Caution!

Caution indicates a possibly dangerous situation. Not adhering to
these instructions may cause slight injuries or damage to property.
Information!
Under this symbol you receive application tips for the proper handling of the product. These help you
to make optimum use of the product‘s functions and avoid malfunctions.

Observe all the following instructions directly attached to the product
• Safety instructions and warning symbols
• Identification of connections and flow direction
Keep them in a fully legible condition.
