OVEN COOKING
To cook, before introducing the food,
preheat the oven to the desired
temperature.
When the oven has reached the desired
temperature, introduce the food, control
the cooking time and tum off the oven
5 minutes before the theoretical time to
recuperate the stored heat.

vary depending on the quality and amount
of food.
Remember to use ovenproof dishes and
to adjust the oven temperature during
cooking if necessary.
