opening is observed. If necessary, carry out the adjustments as stated in the
Assembly and Operating Instruction,
• it is prohibited to open the door equipped with the wicket door, unless the
wicket door is closed with the key,
• it is prohibited to activate the latching function for door closing, if the door is
not equipped with safety edge.
• if the cable break safety device has been activated, replace the cutter for
a new one.
• When the door is equipped with a lock, apply spac-
er sleeves in side hinges between first and second
panels.
• In doors with drive and equipped with a lock or bolt, it
is recommended to use lock or bolt sensor. Otherwise
if the actuator is connected to power supply, block the
bolt or lock in the open position.

12. THE RANGE OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS, FOR
WHICH THE DOOR HAS BEEN DESIGNED
• Temperature
- –30° C to +50° C
• Relative humidity
- max. 80% not condesate
• Electromagnetic fields
- not applicable
Refers to manually operated doors. The range of environmental conditions for the
doors with drive is stated in the Assembly and Operating Instruction of the drive.

13. DOOR OPERATING INSTRUCTION
• It is prohibited to obstruct the door movement area.
The door opens vertically upwards. Therefore, no obstacles may
be located in the way of door opening or closing. It is necessary
to ensure that during door movement no persons, especially chil-
dren, or objects are on its way.
Caution! Risk of accident.
• [C000026] It is forbidden for people to stay, or leave cars or
other objects in a clearance of the opened door. It is prohibited to
stay, walk, run or drive under the moving door.
• It is prohibited to use the door leaf to lift objects or people. Do
not allow children to play with equipment. Transmitters for door
operation must be kept away from children.
Caution! Risk of accident.
• [C000042] The product is not designated for physically, sensa-
tionally or psychologically impaired people (including children),
as well as for people with no experience or knowledge about the
product. Except for the situation when such people are supervised
or strictly follow the instruction handed over by the people respon-
sible for their safety.
• Special attention should be paid to children. It is prohibited that
children play with any equipment.
Caution! Risk of accident.
• [A000054] It is prohibited to use the defective door. It is particu-
larly forbidden to operate the door, if there is any visible damage
of cables, mounting elements or any other parts responsible for
safe door operation.
• [B000007] It is prohibited to keep using the door, if any faults in
its operation, or damage of its components are found. In this case,
immediately put the door out of service, and contact the author-
ized service centre.
• [A000062] Any self-retained repairs of the door are prohibited.
• [B000103]
IMPORTANT! Damage due to temperature
difference.
Difference between external (ambient) temperature and internal
(premises) temperature may lead to deformation of the garage
door elements (bimetallic effect). In this case door operation re-
sults in its damage.
[C000012]
Check the proper mounting of the door according to As-
sembly and Operating Instruction before its first opening.
The door is mounted properly when its leaf/curtain moves smoothly and its op-
eration is easy.
[C000027] Check if the lock or bolt is in its open position each time before
operating the door.
The door can only be operated when the lock and/or bolt is in its
open position.

Door with electric drive:
I. Door operation in normal conditions (without power shut-
down) without electrical latching (the opening/ closing door
should be observed by the operator):
1. Opening: press and hold the button (up) till the door is fully open.
2. Closing: press and hold the button (down) till the door is fully closed.
3. To stop the door in any position, release the button.
II. Door operation in normal conditions (without power shut-
down) with electrical latching (the opening/ closing door
should be observed by the operator):
1. Opening: press and release the button (up) and wait till the door is fully
open.
2. Closing: press and release the button (down) and wait till the door is fully
closed.
3. To stop the door in any position, press the middle button STOP.
III. Door operation in normal conditions (without power shut-
down) with remote control (the opening/ closing door should
be observed by the operator):
1. Opening: press and release the button on remote control and wait till the
door is fully open.
2. Closing: press and release the button on remote control and wait till the
door is fully closed. (If the automatic closing function is activated, the door
will close by itself after a programmed time).
3. To stop the door in any position, press the button on remote control.
[C000092]
When any finishing or repairing works to
change the floor level, or disassemble and re-assembly
the door are performed, check and adjust the limit
switches.
[C000039]
IV. Emergency door opening - manual door operation
(in case of power cut).
Disconnect power supply of the drive before emergency
opening.
Manual emergency opening is designed to open or close the door without
power supply.
Caution!
Risk of injury in case of wrong operation!
Before manual emergency opening switch off the main power supply switch.
Manual emergency opening is only allowed when the actuator does not oper-
ate. For manual emergency opening stand in a safe position. If an actuator is
equipped with spring break, overcome the break resistance to open and close
the door. For safety reasons if the door is not equipped with leaf weight counter-
balancing, it is allowed to release a break only for inspection reasons when the
door is almost in its closed position.
Do not use manual emergency opening to install the door beyond its ultimate
end positions, because this will result in activation of emergency limit switches.
In this case electrical door operation is impossible.
Manual emergency operation with manual crank (Fig. I):
• Insert a standard manual crank into the hole and rotate it with slight pressure
until the latch is interlocked. Inserting a crank into the hole cuts the power
supply, and electrical door operation becomes impossible.
• The door can be opened or closed by rotating a manual crank.
• Pulling out the manual crank enables electrical door operation.
Emergency opening with “quick chain” (Fig.II):
• Pull slightly the red handle of the activation chain (1)/ (manual operation)
until stop (max starting force is 50N). Power supply is switched off, and elec-
trical door operation is disabled.
• The door may be opened or closed with a pull chain (2).
• Pull slightly the green handle of the activation chain (3)/ (electrical opera-
tion) until stop (max starting force 50N). Power supply is switched on, and
the electrical door operation is enabled.
Chain length changing (Fig.III):
• The chain may be opened in the junction to remove or add extra chain link.
• Chain links should be fixed tightly.
• When changing the chain length ensure that the chain is not twisted - fig. III.
[C000088]
Wicket door
• Wicket door may only be opened manually by pushing the handle in the di-
rection of door opening. Wicket door should be opened and closed smooth-
ly, without sharp jerks, that negatively influence its durability, operation and
safe usage.
• Wicket door is mounted and adjusted properly, if the leaf moves smoothly,
and its operation is easy.
