Cause
Failed to configure RAID as S.M.A.R.T. value because one of the
mounted HDD's status is abnormal.
`
Solution
- Check the values for ID5 Reallocated Sectors, ID197 Current
Pending, ID198 Offline scan Wrong in the S.M.A.R.T. information
under "Disk Information" in Remote Manager. If the value is 16
or higher, replace the HDD with a new one and try again.
- Check the user log in "System" under Web Viewer, identify and
replace any problematic HDDs, and then try again.
