Set SMTP (email)
To send a notification email to a designated email account when an event occurs, such as device
malfunction, you can set an SMTP.
1.
Select the check box to enable SMTP.
2.
Enter the information for your mail server.
3.
Enter the email address of the addressee and
addresser.
4.
Click the [APPLY] button, and a test email will be sent
according to the SMTP settings. If it works properly,
then the configured settings will be applied.
Set SNMP
To monitor this product, you can set an SNMP.
1.
Check the SNMP check box to enable it and enter a
version, location, and contact.
2.
If VACM is used, then enter the certification
information to match the SNMP version.
3.
To use a trap, check the check box to enable it and
enter an address and community.
4.
Click the [APPLY] button.
