6. Wire connection
Appliances should be installed in accordance with national wiring rules.
The lower part of the unit is equipped with the power plug line for connected to the
power unit.
When the unit connect to other circuit, there must be circuit breaker or protector for
the unit circuit.
If the power wire has been destroyed, the new wire must get the same certification with
the old one, or provided by the factory.
7. Trial running
Inspection before trial running
Check whether the water tank is filled with water and water pipe installation is all right;
Check the electrical wiring. Make sure that the power voltage is normal, the wiring and
the earthing is connected well;
Check the heat pump unit: When the unit is powered on, check the indicator and
temperature display on the controller to see if there is any malfunction.
Trial running
Use the wire controller to start the unit
；
When compressor is running, hear whether there is strange sound or not. If abnormal
sound occurs please stop the unit and check the compressor.
Measure the water temp. to check the undulation of the water Temp.;
Usually the first trail running takes about 4-10 hours to reach the set
temperature. This according to the temperature of water and environment.
Attention
The wire should be placed orderly, reasonable and in accordance with national wiring rules.
Attention
After installing the connecting pipe according to the diagram, open the water tap and the hot
water switch of the unit, make the water pour into the unit. Then there will be a large
amount of air draining off from the hot water switch(This process will lasts for 5-
20minutes).When there is just water outflow but no air outflow, it suggests that the unit is full of
water, the air is completely drained off. Close all the hot water taps

turn on the hot water heat
pump and the installation finish.
