Where 2 inches = 406/203, and 406 = (1 X 256) + 150, derived from decimal to hexadecimal
conversion:

406/256 = 1 (nH) with remainder 150 (nL)

To set the Slip left margin to one inch at the default horizontal motion unit of 1/140 inches, send the
four-byte string:

GS L 140 0

Or, to set the left margin to two inches at the default horizontal motion unit of 1/140 units per inch,
send the four-byte string:

GS L 24 1

Exceptions

The command is effective only at the beginning of a line.
