Install Base Tube:
The base tube is the last tube to
be loaded. Load the base tube into the orange lift plate.
Raise the base tube using the winch until it is securely
seated into the mast tube. Loosen the clamp and slowly
lower all tubes to the ground by cranking the winch count
-
er-clockwise.

Stake the Base Plate:
Stake the base plate of the
base tube by driving the stake, with the hammer provided,
at a point aligned with the shaft of the hitch pin. The stake
should be driven into the ground at an angle.
*For masts
2m / 8 ft. to 12m / 40 ft.) tall and smaller payloads,
one stake may be sufficient. *For masts taller than
12m / 40 ft., two stakes are required, depending on the
soil type.
