As soon as a sufficiently long set time (in seconds) has been measured in order
to calculate the mean value,
____
is shown in the display, in the lower display, a
'countdown' is displayed.
During the low-power logger operation, the averaging function is always deactivated.
Function of Min/Max value memory in conjunction with the averaging function:
■
If averaging is activated and slow measuring,
rAtE SLo
, is selected, the min/max
memory value relates to the average display value.
■
If averaging is activated and fast measuring function is selected (
rAtE FASt
or
P
.
dEt
), the min/max memory value relates to the internal measured values
(> 1,000 Hz measuring frequency).
5.4.5 Rate of change of pressure (only for sensor connection 1)
With the
CALC
function
dPdt
, pressure changes per time can be directly displayed. The
underlying measurement intervals,
t.int
, can thus be chosen freely. The instrument
automatically saves pressure values over this time period and calculates, using the
current measured value and the historical data in the memory, the rate of change of the
pressure (pressure change/time).
[TARE] button:
The historical data is deleted, calculation begins again from the start.
Example:
Leak testing for wastewater channels with the criteria of lower than -3 mbar/min over a
test duration of 5 minutes with a test pressure of 250 mbar.
Equipment/default setting:
■
Shut-off bladder and pressure pumps
■
Sensor: CPT6200 (measuring range 0 … 1 bar)
■
bASE
=
PEt
.
n
(minutes) Time unit for the pressure change display
■
t
.
int
= 1:00 (1 minute) test duration, for which the pressure range display is
calculated
■
Logger:
CyCL
, 5 seconds
Execution:
1. Connect components, make necessary sealing.
2. Start logger.
3. Load with pressure, wait sufficient time.
4. Re-start calculation with
[TARE]
button.
⇒
Current pressure value is displayed.
5. Commissioning, operation
