Fire Pastry
Ingrediants for about 15 pieces.
Puff or ordinary pastry
200 g diced pork
2 diced green peppers
1000 g dark, red tinned beans
500 g white tinned beans
100 g fresh chili cut fine
750 g tomatoe sauce
3 eggs
basil, salt, pepper
Preparation:
Saute the pork and the peppers. Let the beans drain well.
Beat the eggs well and mix all ingredients together well,
spread over the dough and roll.
Baking Time : 35 min.
Baking Temperature : 170 °C
Robber Style Snails
Ingredients for about. 25 pieces
bread or pastry dough
330 g water
100 g instant bechamel
150 g diced ham
150 g grated cheese
50 g finely cut chives
150 g mushrooms
Preparation:
Stir water into the bechamel and mix with all of the
ingredients. Roll out the dough 3 mm thick, spread the filling,
brush dough with water.
Roll and cut off 2 cm thick snails,
sprinkle with garted cheese.
Baking Time : about 20 min.
Baking Temperature : 185 °C
