Schwabian Yeast Garland
1 kg Wheat Flour Type 405
10 g Butter
140 g Suger
10 g Salt
100 g Egg
40 g Yeast
400 g Milk
Lemon, Vanilla to taste
Dough rest : 30 min.
Prepare as required. brush with the egg,
sprinkle with sugar and almongs .
Baking Time : 25 min.
Baking Temperature : 160 °C
Pretzel Sticks
Let the pretzel sticks defrost for about 15 min. at room temperature.
Make a deep longitudinal cut and pull apart.
Fill as required.
