Cleaning
For hygenic reasons we recommend cleaning the oven on a daily basis. Maintain the oven
carefully! Keep the oven clean. Remember that you can only produce hygenically perfect
products with a clean oven. Therefore, instruct your cleaning personel thoroughly.
The
Ventilation Slits
should be cleaned from
time to time as they can get blocked with dust
and dirt.
The outer surfaces of the oven should not be
cleaned very wet.
Cleaning the outside of the oven should only be
undertaken with a soft, damp cloth. ( No running
water )
Do not use scratching, dry cleaning materials..
The same applies to all electrical components.
