Cleaning the Baking Chamber with the fully
automatic cleaning system PRO CLEAN
These instructions apply only for ovens fitted
with PRO CLEAN.
Before you start:
-
Warning - Burns!
The oven must be cooled to 50°C!
The baking chamber handle must be
completly locked in so that the door is tightly
shut.
Check the lock mechanism when Pro
Clean starts !
-Remove all rough remnants
( could cause a blockage in the drain pipe!)
-Check the containers
-Twist the cleaning jets into the thread
opening at the top of the baking chamber.
-Observe the warning and safety guidelines
as well as the instruction for your Pro Clean
Cleaning System.
·Only hand tighten the jet. Do not use tools.
The jet should be removed after every use,
emptied,cleaned and then replaced to avoid
dripping.
·Check the cleanliness of the door seal and if
there is any damage.
Important Instructions
Silicon rubber coated
baking trays or
aluminium baking trays should never be
cleaned with Pro Clean.
The coating could come off or get damaged.
Important!
Handling silicon rubber coated baking
trays:
Basically, trays with damaged coatings
should not be used. Using damaged trays is
against the Food and Equipment Laws.
To avoid delamination or damage to the
coating, observe the following care
instructions:

do not
get in contact with dry flour
-
do not
grease
-
do not dip in acid
-
do not use sharp objects
-
do not place
in a dish washer with
aggressive cleaning materials
-
do not
get in contact with
Pro Clean
Cleaner.
Only clean with a
soft, damp sponge!
