REMOVING THE CONTROL SWITCHES & INDICATOR LIGHT
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
WARNING
1. Unplug dryer or disconnect power.
2. Pull the dryer away from the wall so you
can access the rear of the unit.
3. Remove the two screws from the back of
the top cover.
4. Lift the rear of the top cover, unhook it from
the front, and remove the cover.
5. To remove a pushbutton switch:
a) Using a small-bladed screwdriver,
press the two locking tabs on the sides
of the pushbutton switch toward the
switch body, and pull the switch out of
the mounting location on the control
panel.

b) Disconnect the wires from the
pushbutton switch terminals. NOTE:
The wiring for the three pushbutton
switches is shown on the next page.
