ASSEMBLY STEP 10: HEAT INDICATOR INSTALLATION
1. Remove the Nut from the back of the Temperature Gauge and insert
the Temperature Gauge into the Door Panel.

Make sure the
Temperature Gauge numbers are positioned right side up.

2. From the back side of the Door Panel, place the Washer on, then
thread the Nut onto the Temperature Gauge.
3.Tighten the Nut firmly, but do not over tighten.
ASSEMBLY STEP 11: NAMEPLATE INSTALLATION
1. Insert the Name Plate mounts
through the mounting holes in
the front of theDoor Panel.

2. From the inside of the Door
Panel, securely attach the
Push Nuts to the Name Plate
mounts.
ASSEMBLY STEP 12: SECURING THE HVR
1. Place one end of the S-Hook
around the HVR neck.

2. When an LP tank is not
attached to the Smoker, use the
S-Hook to hang the HVR from
the Carry Handle on the
side of the Smoker. This will
help prevent dirt and other
particles from plugging the end
of the HVR.
