Top Panel
1. Place the top panel (#20) flat, with the outside surface up.

Use a plastic mallet to pound 1/4-20x5/8 screw inserts (#9 oyster) into the 10 holes located on the outside surface of
the top panel.
Left and Right Back Panels
3. Place the right and left back panels (#21 and 22) flat, with their outside surface up.

7. To protect corners and edges while moving the cabinet into place, push or hammer plastic tack glides (#13, not shown) into the
bottom edge of the side panels, about 2" from the corners.
Right Side Panel
NOTE:
The left and right side panels have a notch in the bottom front corner.
8. Place the right side panel (#23) flat, with the outside surface up.
9. For fixed shelf option only, use a plastic mallet to pound 1/4-20x5/8 screw inserts (#9 oyster) into the (43) 3/8” holes.
10. For fixed shelf option only, use a plastic mallet to pound 8-32x7/16 screw inserts (#10 oyster) into the (8) 1/4” holes.
11. Turn the right side panel over so the outside surface is facing down.
12. Insert wood dowels (#6) into the 3 holes close to the top edge of the side panel.
13. To protect corners and edges while moving the cabinet into place, push or hammer plastic tack glides (#13, not shown) into the
bottom edge of the side panel, about 2" from the corners.
Left Side Panel
NOTE:
The left and right side panels have a notch in the bottom front corner.
14. Place the left side panel (#24) flat, with the outside surface up.

NOTE:
At least two people are required to assemble the cabinet.
20. Place the right (#23) and left (#24) back panels vertical with the tack glides on the bottom.
21. Connect the left and right back panels together with five hex-socket lag screws (#2 oyster).
22. Attach the right side panel to the assembly and connect with five hex-socket lag screws (#2 oyster). Allow the head of each lag screw
to extend

/
2
” from the surface.
23. Attach the left side panel to the assembly and connect with five hex-socket lag screws (#2 oyster). Allow the head of each lag screw
to extend

2
” from the surface.
24. Place the top panel (#20) onto the assembled panels, aligning the installed wood dowels (#6) in the holes in the top panel (#20).
25. Tighten the ten hex-socket lag screws (#2 oyster) in the side and back panels.

Attach the top panel to the assembly with twelve hex-socket lag screws (#2 oyster).
27. Slip the two toe kick extrusions (#59) onto the front edge of the toe-kick area of the side panels, and secure each with a 1

/
4
" painted
pan-head screw (#14).
28. Attach the upper frame assembly (#54) to the inside of the top panel using six hex-socket screws (#56) and to the side panels
using two hex-socket screws (#56) on each side.

Fasten five leveler glides (#51) and weld nuts to the bottom frame assembly (#55) Tighten the leveler glide until the
head is tight against the weld nut and drive a tube plug (#57) into both open ends of the bottom frame assembly.
30. Attach the bottom frame assembly (#55) to the inside of the back panels using three hex-socket screws (#56 oyster) on each back
panel, and to the side panels using two hex-socket screws (#56) on each side.

31. Move the cabinet to its intended location, and level it by using a

" socket or wrench. Refer to the leveling procedure on page 58.
32. To attach doors, refer to pages 59 - 67.
33. To attach two or more cabinets together, and to secure the cabinet(s) to the back wall, refer to pages 68 - 70.
34. If the cabinet is to be free-standing, it is advisable to use suitable floor-anchoring fasteners to hold the side panels stationary.
Be sure that the cabinet is square and plumb before anchoring.
