Insert the steam plate into the container, add water up to the middle of the steam plate.

7. Chops
Chops - 2 pcs.
Beat the meat, dust it wish species (without salt).

llet, carefully pour with the pickle.

Take the

sh out after cooking, pour it with the broth, dust with cut parsley.
11. Stewed
meat
Pork without bones, 400 g.
1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 fresh red pepper, 1 tomato, 1/2 lemon.
1 bay leaf, 4 cloves of garlic, spices for port, ground black pepper and salt to the taste.
1/3 of the measuring glass of water.
Cut the meat into small slices. Wash, peel and cut the vegetables in cubes, add pieces of lemon
and spices.
Program: STEWING, mode - MEDIUM.
12. Goulash
Meat without bones, 500 g.
Smoked bacon - about 70 g.
1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 red peppers, 2 potatoes, 3 pickled cucumbers.
1/2 of the measuring glass of the pickle, 3 table spoons of tomato paste.
4 cloves of garlic, 1 table spoon of salt and ground paprika, 3 peas of allspice, 1 bay leaf.
Wash the meat and cut it in lines. Peel the vegetables, wash them, cut in large pieces.
Add
fi
nely cut cucumbers, onion cut in half-rings.
Then add spices and pickle.
Program: GOULASH, mode - MEDIUM.
13. Fried
potatoes
3 medium potatoes, 1 onion, back fat about 100 g.
Cut the back fat in cubes, put them into the container.
Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut the potatoes in petals. Cut onion in half rings.
Put them into the container, close the cover.
