Check the cover position (2): if the cover is in the “Opened” position, you will see a “zigzag” •
on the display. If the cover is closed and is in the correct position, you will see the program
selection waiting indicator «- - -» on the display.
To select a relative program , press the program buttons (19), (23), - see Table No. 1 . You will
hear a short sound signal while selecting. There are two programs preset on the double program
buttons of the menu (19): for example, pressing the “Soup” program once, you will select the
“Soup” program (the button indicator will lighten), pressing it once more, you will select the
“Steamer” program (at that the button indicator will blink).
Attention : for the programs with increasing pressure, the operation time of the program speci-
fi ed in Table No. 1 does not include the time required for the pressure increase. The time of
the pressure increase depends on the amount of products and temperature of the liquid in the
container. The appliance switches to the launch mode after pressure increase approximately in
20-25 minutes.
If you need to select another program or change the settings, press the HEATING/CANCELLA- •
TION button at once (18). A sound signal will con fi rm that the program is cancelled, the indicator
of the HEATING/CANCELLATION button will blink. You have 10 seconds to change the settings.
In 10 seconds the process of the cooking and pressure increase will commence, you will see a •
“running zigzag” on the display.
After the pressure and temperature achieve the required level, the zigzag will be replaced •
with the program duration and countdown will begin.
Note: in case any programs without pressure are used, for example, FRYING, the display will
initially show the program duration and countdown will begin.
Note: if you need to cancel any running program with increased pressure, press the
HEATING/CANCELLATION button. Since the appliance cover is blocked in the process of
the pressure increase, you may need to open the steam release valve (6) to release pressure.
Carefully turn it into the steam release position (see Figure No. 3) and wait until the display
shows the “OH” symbols. Only then you can open the cover.
3. After completion of the program operation
you will hear some sound signals and see the “OH» symbol on the display, the appliance will
automatically switch to the heating mode (the heating mode indicator will lighten (18)).
4. To exit the heating mode,
press the HEATING/CANCELLATION button – the appliance will switch to the setting selection
waiting mode, the display will show “- - -“, the indicator of the HEATING/CANCELLATION
button will blink (18).
Important: The HEATING/CANCELLATION mode is blocked for programs No. 6, 10 and 16
(FRYING, FRIED POTATOES and YOGURT). After completion of the program operation, the
appliance will automatically switch to the waiting mode.
Change of the programmed cooking time
You can change the cooking time if you wish.
The default cooking time and possible time intervals as set forth in Table No. 1 .
To change the cooking time:
Select the required program with the help of the “MENU” button (see point 3 of the •
“COOKING PROGRAM SELECTION” section). At that for each program the MEDIUM cooking
time mode is set automatically (the red indicator of the MEDIUM duration is lightened).
