After selection of the relative program, immediately press the MODE button the required number •
of times - the intervals (SHORT, MEDIUM, LONG) will lighten one after another - see Table No. 1.
Then wait for several seconds - the appliance will start the process of cooking and pressure •
increase, you will see the «running zigzag» on the display.
Important: The cooking time for programs No. 6 and 10 (FRYING, FRIED POTATOES) is fi xed
and cannot be changed (see Table No. 1).
Important: Programs No. 6, 10 and 16 (FRYING, FRIED POTATOES and YOGURT) work
without pressure increase. Upon start of the program you can see the time of the program
operation, then countdown begins.
Deferred start
If you want the device to cook a dish by particular time, you can use the DEFERRED START
function:
Select the required program with the help of the “MENU” button (see point 3 of the •
“COOKING PROGRAM SELECTION” section).
If required, change the program duration (see the “CHANGE OF THE PROGRAMMED •
COOKING TIME” section).
Then immediately press the DEFERRED START button (20) – the button indicator will •
lighten, the display will show the minimum time of the deferred start – 2 hours.
Press the deferred start button the required number of times. 30 minutes will be added with •
every pressing. The maximum time of the deferred start – 24 hours.
Wait for 10 seconds - the appliance will remember the settings; the indicator of the •
DEFERRED START button will stop blinking.
Note: please, note - the deferred start time must include the duration of the program
operation. The time of the pressure increase is not included into the deferred start time, add
30 minutes for the programs operating under pressure.
Important: The DEFERRED START function is not available for programs No. 6, 10, 16
(FRYING, FRIED POTATOES, YOGURT).
For example, it is 10:00 now. You want your meat ragout to be cooked in 4 hours, i.e. by 14:00.
To do this:
select program No. 7 STEWING with the help of the MENU button (19) (see section 3 •
“COOKING PROGRAM SELECTION” – the program button with the FISH indicator, one
pressing). The default cooking time – 60 minutes.
press the DEFERRED START button (20). •
with the help of the DEF • ERRED START button (20) set the deferred start time 4:00.
Attention: please, pay attention to the storage life of products at the room temperature. It is
not recommended to use perishable products for long time intervals. For example, you should
not use a long-term deferred start to fry raw meat or eggs.
Attention: if the time of the deferred start is less than the time of the selected program
operation, the appliance will work in the standard mode.
Note: after completion of the program work, the appliance will switch to the heating mode
(see Table No. 1).
Temperature maintenance and defrosting functions
The appliance perfectly suits for defrosting of frozen products, as well as for warming-up of dishes.
