Hülsenaufnahme
•
Die Werkzeugeinheit auf
dem Werkzeug-
schlitten nach hinten drücken, abschwenken
und wieder vor ziehen.
•
Die roten Knöpfe nach unten drücken, die
Hülsenhalteinheit nach vorne kippen und
entnehmen.
•
Hülsenaufnahme entnehmen und gewünschten
Hülsenaufnahme einsetzen.

Ferrule-adapter
•
Push the tool unit on the tool slide to the back,
turn it downwards and pull it to the front again.
•
Push down the red knobs, turn the ferrule
holding unit to the front and remove it.
•
Take out ferrule adapter and insert desired one.

Crimpwerkzeug
Das Crimpwerkzeug besteht aus 4 Stempeln.
•
Die Werkzeugeinheit auf dem Werkzeug-
schlitten nach hinten drücken, abschwenken
und wieder vor ziehen.
•
Die Hülsenhaltebackenaufnahme entnehmen.
•
Die Befestigungsschrauben des Führungs-
deckel und der Rückholplatten entfernen.
•
Crimpwerkzeuge entfernen und durch neue
Werkzeuge
ersetzen.
Auf
Sauberkeit
und
Schmierung der Stempelführung achten.
•
Die Hülsenhaltebacken einsetzen und die
Werkzeugeinheit in Grundstellung bringen.
7.8
Crimping tool
The crimping tool consists of 4 dies
•
Push the tool unit on the tool slide to the back,
turn it downwards and pull it to the front again.
•
take out the ferrule holding fasteners
•
Remove the fixing-screws of the guiding cap
and the return plates.
•
Remove the crimping tools and replace them by
new ones. Pay attention to the cleanness and
the lubrication of the crimping tool guides.
•
Put in the ferrule holders and move the tool unit
to the starting position.
