Scan Resoln. (Dist)
You can set the distance between the individual mea-
suring points along the scan axis.
Scan Resolution (Time)
You can set the time interval between the individual
measuring points along the scan axis, when
Timed is
selected in Position Mode .
Active Scan Size
You can set the scan size (X-axis) of the active C-scan
(see page 218).
CV Index Overlap
For unidirectional or bidirectional scanning you can de-
fine the overlap of the individual passes.
CV Index Distance
For unidirectional or bidirectional scanning you must set
the distance of the individual passes along the Y-axis.
Encoder Type
This is the same function as in the function group
Encoder Cal (see page 214).
