Troubleshooting Strategies

To troubleshoot problems with the Stratum 100, do the following steps to isolate the location
of the problem:

1.

 

Check the LEDs on both IDU units

2.

 

Check the current alarms and events for both IDU units

3.

 

Look at the reports and status info in the Reports menu for both IDU units

4.
