WATER HEATER AND AQUASOLVE STARTUP
8.1 Initial Startup Requirements
Installation must be complete before performing initial startup and placing the Element unit into
service. Starting the Element without proper piping, combustion air, venting or electrical
connections or control settings can be dangerous and may void the product warranty. Follow
these instructions precisely to achieve proper operation and trouble-free service life.

Proper startup must be made by a qualified installer or service agency, who must read and follow
the supplied instructions and unit markings. Failure to complete proper startup before use,
tampering with controls or not following all instructions and markings may damage this
equipment, void the warranty and may result in property damage, personal injury or death.
