To give you the best starting point for
installing the lock, we recommend
that you read the instructions carefully.
Your WATTLE® door lock includes a mechanical emergency key. It is
Your responsibility to make sure you can access the keys from outside
your home if the lock runs out of batteries or in case of electronic
failures.
The emergency key is intended for emergency use only and should
not be used on a day to day basis. If you experience any faults on your
product, you should immediately contact WATTLE® customer service
for repair. The lock must always work both electronically and with the
mechanical emergency key. Test that the emergency key works when the
lock is installed.
WATTLE® holds no responsibility and declines all costs related to lack
of the emergency key if the lock for instance needs to be opened by
Professionals due to electronic malfunction.
