Timer Replacement

5.  Remove the three screws from the front bracket. The entire timer assembly will 

disconnect from the valve body. 

6.  Replace the timer with a new one. Attach the three screws to the front bracket 

and piston screw to the piston rod. Reinstall the brine valve bracket. Reinstall 
brine cam. Close the front cover of the control valve.

7. Reconnect meter cable

1.  Disconnect the meter cable from the 

meter.

2.  Open the front cover of the control 

valve, unscrew the brine cam and 
push the brine valve in order to re-
move the cam.

3.  Remove the two screws from the 

grey brine valve bracket and re-
move it from the valve back plate.

4.  Remove the piston screw from the 

piston rod.
