Figure 20 shows you an example of an error which is indicated by an applied digital outlet signal „Error“
= HIGH. As long as the digital outlet signal “Error” = HIGH is applied, the WLVCM is not ready for
operation and the digital outlet signal “Ready” will be automatically switched to LOW. During this time
no application can be started (see also figure 20). Resetting an error is done during a signal change
LOW
HIGH by applying the digital inlet signal “Reset” = HIGH. You have to confirm the error message
first and then you can start another application process.
IMPORTANT NOTES
(for confirming errors)
Once an error occurs, it has to be actively confirmed. This means that an error
message will not automatically disappear, even if the actual reason for the
malfunction was eliminated (e.g. outside of temperature tolerance window).
Confirming an error message will be done through the configuration tool WLVCM
or by applying the digital inlet signal „Reset“ = HIGH.
