When using a second automatic gun, the following needs to be considered:
Grounding
– Grounding the product hoses (5) is safeguarded with the knurled nut (4) over the assembly
sheet metals (12).
Assembly
– Additionally a product distribution piece (14), order number 2359038, is needed on the
cabinet side.
– Control air (28) red and atomizer air (27) blue are supplied externally and separately to
the automatic spray guns. Additionally for the GA 5000EAWEC the shaping air (29) is
fed externally.
– Both ends of the product hose must be stripped. On the gun side within the cover to a
length of approx. 150 mm; 5.9 inches. In the cabinet starting from the cabinet entrance
(see figure below).
– Gun side: Clean thread and stripped parts of product hoses (5). Grease thread with
Vaseline (16).
