Installation
The pillars must be installed in such a way that the pillar in front of the fi rst
wheel is defl ected by no more than 30mm when a force of 1000N is applied
to the pillar at the position of the lock, transverse to the direction of travel.
The vehicle width of 2550mm for standard trailers and 2600mm for reefer
trailers must not be exceeded.
The ground clearance of the device must be at least 340mm for the last
4550mm of a semi-trailer, for docking reasons.
The ground clearance must be a max. 500mm in front of the fi rst wheel.

– Fix pillars with a screwed joint of M12x35 size, material class 8.8.
– Use mounting kit of 4 x M10x30 screws, 8 x ø10 washers and 4 x
hexagon nuts for each pillar.
