3 SYSTEM STARTUP AND OPERATION
3.1 Check List Prior to System Startup
Prior to system start up, use the table below to make sure all parts have been installed and
connected, and quality of feed water meets minimum requirements.
Check List
Feed water quality
Municipal water: TDS < 1000 ppm,
Conductivity < 200
0 μS/cm (at 25 °C),
Water temperature: 5
– 45
o
C,
Pressure: 15 – 90 psi (1 – 6 bar)
Feed water connected
Leak protector installed
Pure water tank installed
Dispenser installed and connected
Drain tubing connect
Control console connected
Power adapter plugged in
Note: RO membranes and cartridges will be installed AFTER system power-up. DO
NOT install them now.
