If U disk is inserted incorrectly, the system prompt will be as follows:

If U disk is inserted correctly and the remaining storage capacity satisfies the requirement,
the system will proceed to copy setup data and historical data into U disk and indicate the
document processed currently, as follows:

Note: The file system of inserted U disk in the figure is FAT16 and the
remaining storage space is 30M.
The system will indicate successful backup after all data are processed completely and the
whole process will take 30-60sec.

The data of multiple hosts with different number can be backed up into
a single U disk. If the host number is identical, the original document will be
overwritten during data backup.
