Recording Your Outgoing Message
You can record your outgoing message by:
1. Press

4. Speak into the microphone at the front of the right corner of the Base Unit.
Note:
Position your mouth so you are as close to the microphone as possible and speak loud and clearly for
best results.
5. Press
the
button to end your recording.
Listening To Your Outgoing Message
You can listen to your outgoing message by:
1. Press

button.
2. Press
the
button.
3. Press
the
button.
4. Press
the
button to end listening.
Listening To Incoming Messages From The Base Unit
You can listen to the incoming messages on the Base Unit by:
1. Press
the
button two times to enter the
screen.
2. Press
the
button and hold it down for 3 seconds to listen to all messages.
or
Press the
button once (without holding the button down) to listen to the new incoming message.
3. While listening to a message, press the
button to listen to the next message.
or
Press the
button to go back to the
screen.
