ADVANCED OPERATIONS & FEATURES –
Button Confirmation Tone On The Base Unit And Portable Handset
The keypad on the Base Unit and the Portable Handset gives you an audible confirmation when a button is pressed. The
3 settings available are High/Low/Inactive.
Note:
The default setting for the Button Confirmation Tone (or Key Click) is Low.
You can change the setting by:
1. Press
button on the Base Unit.
2. Press

buttons until you reach the
screen.
3. Press
the
button.
4. Press
the
/
buttons until you reach the
screen.
5. Press
the
button.
6. Press
the
/
buttons to set the volume you prefer.
7. Press
the
button.
8. Press
the
button twice to exit the programming functions.

Call Transfer For The Base Unit & Portable Handset
Direct Transfer During Your Conversation
You can transfer your call during a conversation by:
1. Press
the
button.
2. Press the number of the handset that you want to transfer the call to

Press the
button again if you have set a preferred handset to ring (see setting
Preferred Ringing Handset
in
ADVANCED OPERATIONS & FEATURES
section).
Transfer After Placing Your Call On Hold
You can put your call on hold and transfer the call to another handset by:

button to put your call on hold.
