Troubleshooting

Fault

Possible causes and rectification

The brushes of 

the Polsterboy no 

longer rotate.

The Vacuum cleaner is not switched on.

• 

Switch on the device.

The Suction nozzle is not correctly inserted.

• 

Make sure to engage the Suction nozzle properly.

Something was sucked in that is blocking the brushes.

• 

Switch the device off and unplug the 

mains power cord from the socket.

• 

Remove the object.

• 

Switch the device back on.

Fault

Possible causes and rectification

The Flexo nozzle‘s 

wings are unhooked.

• 

Reattach the wings.

  If the fault cannot be rectified, please contact Vorwerk‘s customer service 

department (see Section “8 Services” on page 91).
